Restore the Ecosystem, Heal Mother Earth

As the world keeps progressing, mother earth is left dying. The continuous forward in technology puts our environment in a critical state. The ongoing acts of building new infrastructures and factories ruin mother nature and its ecosystem. And the never-ending ignorance of people will inevitably kill earth. Due to these, it is important to be mindful of our environment. Humans aren’t the only living-beings on earth. Animals and plants take habitat on this planet, in their own community called the Ecosystem.

This year, the world celebrates the “World Environment Day” with the theme “Ecosystem Restoration”. The world event is taking off with the aim to save the habitat of different organisms and living-beings. As stewards and caretakers of mother earth, it is our responsibility to keep care and maintain our planet. This includes taking care of our ecosystem. Simple acts such as disposing off our garbage properly and following the 3Rs can help. Learning how to take care of our plants and animals also brings big help. Educating ourselves about our environment and taking time to know how to properly handle our ecosystems can also bring us one step closer to fully restoring the planet. And most of all, advocating and bringing awareness to our planet’s current state can help educate other people and teaching them to take care and have more mind about our environment and ecosystems.

The ecosystem isn’t just essential to humans. It is also very important towards other animals, plants, and living organisms. It is their habitat and home. It is where they live and thrive. Without it, our planet would not be the same. Life would not exist without the ecosystem. It’s why it is important to take care of it as life would not thrive without it. Due to the damage humans have done, it is our responsibility to Restore the Ecosystem, and Heal Mother Earth.
