How the Philippines can overcome literally, Anything

How the Philippines can overcome literally, Anything

This 2020, our country is facing various problems such as Economic Issues, Natural disasters, Societal Issues, Political Issues, Terrorism, etc. And we are also facing a pandemic; Covid-19. Ever since the virus has started our lives have been flipped upside down. Many had lost their jobs, Face to Face learning has been prohibited, and Many had to cancel their plans. But through all this, how can we improve and overcome such problems as a country? What does it take to make our country a better place for everyone?

Resiliency. “It is the ability to recover from or adjust easily to adversity or change”. What our country needs is resilience. There are different ways to achieve a better resiliency in the Philippines. The Government should implement National Preparedness. There should be a built strategy towards facing different issues. Whether it be a national disaster, an Economic Crisis, Terrorism, or Political issue, there should be different strategical plans in case a problem occurs. Risk Management Plans should also be made in case of different types of disasters. Funds should be raised for future use and for extra budget. Both Private and Public Sectors should also cooperate and work with each other. Achieving resilience also requires everyone to put effort and action from individuals, families, the government and other groups. With unity, we can have a faster approach to resiliency.

As I have said, there are various ways in order to have a resilient country but I only wrote the most helpful and important ones. We have seen our country’s resilience when Covid-19 started. We immediately adapted to the lifestyle that we call the “New Normal” and we have also found different ways to continue our lives. But in order to achieve a better resiliency we should work together and help one another.
